Shipping Completed!

Thank you all so much for this successful Kickstarter campaign! Outside a small two week delay in shipping everything went to plan. Only 1 bad address return! We have now completed shipping for all backers and now it's time to celebrate with us by doing an Irish Jig dance (ok, maybe not).
US shipping was completed by Feb 20.
Europe and Australia was completed by March 1
UK was completed by March 15. (UK may still be in transit).
If you haven't received your pledge by now, please let us know so we can track your order. If we're still missing your shipping payment, let us know as well.
NEED HELP WITH GAME?
We hope you've had a chance to play the game with the expansion packs (if added) and have thrown some octopuses at lots of friendly faces! Bam! Squish! There's just nothing like having your face attacked by a Throw Octopus. Dear Pets Gone Shady Backers,
Hurray! We finally received the product today! We're actually super pleased that we had just one 2-week delay in this entire production and delivery process yet we do apologize for this delay, especially if you were counting on having the product by the end of January.
USA: We will start the shipping process next week for all US orders. We believe we can complete all shipping in about 14-18 days. You will receive an email with a tracking ID once your order ships and it should take 3-4 days to arrive at your address once it's shipped via USPS or UPS.
Canada: We will be shipping all Canadian orders to Amazon Canada, then will use Amazon to deliver the product to you. We believe it will be fully checked in at Amazon by February 25, and will ship it to you asap.
International (outside Canada): We will start the shipping process next week for all international orders. It usually takes 10-21 days to arrive based on what country you live in.

We just received our first notice of shipping delay

Dear Pets Gone Shady Backers,
We were so very close to shipping the the Pets Gone Shady product (and expansion packs, etc) to you yet we just received our 1st unexpected delay. We received this message from our shipping company; "the shipment arrived to Long Beach Port port on 01/31. It is currently still on the vessel and has not discharged yet. There is heavy congestion at LGB port at this moment so containers are taking longer than normal to discharge."
In our last update, we had planned to receive the product this 1st week of February, then start shipping to all of you asap. We don't know how long it will take for the vessel to discharge but it does appear this will likely delay us 7-14 days. As soon as we receive new information on the vessel discharge and delivery, we will send an update.
We are very sorry about this delay. Everything was going "on track" up until this moment. Hopefully, this delay will only be 1-2 weeks at most (we're actually not sure what "heavy congestion" means), and we will start shipping around Feb. 15. Thank you for your patience. Please let us know if you have any questions or you need any assistance with anything!
